I verify that I am a resident on the lease at Dogwood Village Apartments. I understand that by submitting this maintenance request, I am giving my permission to allow entrance into my apartment to complete the requested work. I also understand that under some circumstances I may be required to pay, in advance, for the cost I may be responsible for under the lease.

Work orders submitted online are checked during regular maintenance hours which are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If the work needing to be completed is an emergency situation, please call our office at (936) 553-2044 and your call will be handled accordingly.
